With the ideal of "saving the nation by industry", Litai Xingshi was established in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province in 1905. The well-known yarn and grey cloth brands "Xingshi" and "Litai" are selling at home and abroad and win the trust of Chinese and foreign customers.

In 2008, Jinsheng Group brought Litai Xingshi under its leadership, speeding up its transformation, upgrading and internationalization process. In 2015, benefiting from China’s development strategy of "the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road", Jinsheng Group together with Litai Xingshi expanded its business layout in Xinjiang. Jinsheng has built yarn production bases in Korla,Kuitun and Karshi, Kashkadaria, Uzbekistan.

The new production base is equipped with advanced textile machinery, such as compact spinning, ring spinning and rotor spinning, which helps Litai form a new business model of "green, intelligent, customized, win-win and recyclable ", create a new form of commercial activity and promote the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry.
