The Trade Union of Jinsheng Group organized a special training session themed Challenges and Opportunities in the Era of Smart Manufacturing on October 22, attended by nearly 50 employees from its subsidiaries.

The training invited YANG Baohua, Vice Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology, as the keynote speaker. Professor YANG outlined the current development landscape of the smart manufacturing sector and analyzed the general trend of industrial transformation. Drawing on industry practices, he objectively interpreted the development opportunities unlocked amid enterprises’ digital transformation, and addressed practical challenges including transformation investment, technical adaptation and talent reserve. With typical industry cases, he broke down the implementation roadmap for delivering smart manufacturing projects and compared the applicable scenarios of different implementation models. Integrating theories with real-world practices, the training offered both macro trend analysis and actionable approaches for reference.

Participants remarked that the training cleared up their doubts and helped them gain new insights into the direction of smart manufacturing and their own career development. Going forward, they will continue to combine learning with application, hone their skills at their posts, firmly seize the opportunities brought by smart manufacturing transformation, and fuel the high-quality development of the Group through personal capability improvement.
